Medco prescription mail order

What a worthless company. Blue Cross now uses Medco as my prescription mail order company. Previously they used Caremark which worked fine. My prescriptions were supposed to roll over from Caremark to Medco and didn't - they told me it was my job to contact all my physicians to have new prescriptions mailed in. On top of that a new prescription was faxed in to them from a physician on 1/10/08 and today is 1/18/08 and it still doesn't shop up on website as having been received. When I talked to customer reps - it's always physicians fault that system isn't working. If I had a choice I would never ever use this company.
